Alliance party leader kicking players without open vote

I think this is a bit unfair ... one player only has the authorization to simply kick anyone from Ally Event without open a Vote .... isnt this too much power for a unique player ? Only me think about this ? I believe would be in Alliance raid events mininum open Vote to Dismiss and with 3~4 votes be possible to dismiss the player in particular ( no matter the reason .. if treatment or harashment with other players or simply because the leader dont liked your glamour >.> ) .... please SE ... need to reformulate this event rule...

just a note if you are the one being kicked of course you are not going to see anything. all the other people in the party do vote on kicking someone (but more often than not they will just click yes without understanding why).

The party leader doesn't have the ability to single handedly kick people in dutyfinder stuff. You were presumably voted out, you can't see votes being held against you.

    1) Everyone in the party can start a vote-kick, not just the leader.
    2) Everyone - except the person the vote-kick has been started against - gets to vote.
    3) Only if the majority decides to dismiss the person, they're dismissed. That means 2/3 for light parties and 4/7 for full parties (since the person whos being kicked out doesnt get to vote). In an alliance raid only your own party gets to vote and can actually start a vote-kick, the other two parties are their own thing.

If you feel you've been kicked wrongfully, you can always try to file a report. However you shouldnt expect much to come of it, unless those people were stupid enough to harass you before kicking or outright saying that they're dismissing you for non-legit reasons.
"Difference in playstyle" can be a legit reason to kick someone, btw.

But yeah, I can assure you that its not one player holding this power, its a majority-vote. The only power the party-leader holds is to decide wether or not to recruit a replacement for someone whos been removed or dropped out. On the matter of dismissing someone or abonding the duty, everyone gets a vote - and everyone can start a vote.

Good replies. I'll just add that, under normal circumstances, it is not ideal to kick someone because it can be a hassle to recruit a replacement on short notice. So kicking cannot be said to be arbitrary.

The OP needs to evaluate what prompted the kicking, and improve their teamwork (rather than request that the game change its mechanics to suit whatever they were doing).
