    ARR 2.0 New Game+ Mode

    So has anything new been said about the revamping they are planning for the ARR content in 2.0? Who here is actually looking forward to it?

    When my friend recently came back to the game starting at Shadowbringers, I was able to replay the story with him at the same time. I can't state how amazing it was to be able to replay content with a friend. With this in mind, I can't wait to get recruit people into FFXIV and actually be able to quest with them. I can't tell you the number of times I've had friends quit the game before hitting level 30 because it felt like they were playing solo in an MMORPG, and I would only help them with dungeon queues as a healer.

    Being able to replay the game with a brand new player I feel would be crucial to keeping sprouts invested in the game, since they are less they won't get lonely with a friend with them. I mean it'll be great to replay the content to refresh my memory, but I feel as if that's not the main selling point to myself.

    It's planned for 5.3, so nothing new is expected to be said until they're ready to talk about 5.3.

    Probably not..?

    I mean, I assume it's for 80 characters, given the whole selling point is to re-do the story as the Hero you are now. Not the hero you're becoming.
