Is anyone else fed up with the single player trend of FF14?

So, people want to pay $15 and not interact with others, and that's a problem?
Nobody is stopping you from queuing with others. If they indeed went single player, they'd all be trust runs only, without a duty finder / party finder ability.
I don't see why someone wanting to play single player is a problem. Play the game how you want, so to speak.
If there was a single player version of the FF14 story, they'd probably play that instead, but there's not, so here we are.

But saying "Oh, it's an MMO, so it should force multiplayer content" is just as bad as solo players saying "theres too much multiplayer content" on an MMO.
Is it so wrong that they kept the multiplayer content, but added a way for them to single play it as well?

Does this not basically read "you don't pay my sub"? I mean not yours technically but it really means the same thing.

I prefer to play alone. This game has a great story and wonderful solo activities. The less I have to interact with some of the horrid people that play this game the better. I am fine running dungeons and roulettes, but in the end this is a STORY-DRIVEN MMO and the more solo cutscenes and instances the better. I ran every dungeon in ShB with Trusts and it was wonderful.

I would love to see Trusts expanded beyond the current content so I could do dungeons at my leisure without having to deal with the pull-crazy tanks and rude players I encounter on a daily basis.
