Equipment Sets and Commandcross Layout doesn't sync

Hey,

I play FF14 on PC and console and the layout doesn't synchronize between both platforms. This can't be right that I always have to configure this on BOTH platforms.
Also Equipment Sets don't sync...
Seems like a whole mess for cross play...

Not customer support, but: to avoid accidentally overwriting things (i.e. "Wait no I didn't want the PS4 version of things to copy to PC, I wanted the opposite!") you need to run the sync manually. From the screen where you select a character to log in, there'll be a little gear icon just to the right of the character name. On the machine you want to upload your gearsets and layout and everything from, click that and pick 'Upload'. Then on the one you want to copy them to, go to that same icon for the same character but pick 'Download'. This way you have the ability to control what gets copied where and when; if you need to change the PS4 layout separately because the screen size is different, for instance, it doesn't then automatically upload back and stomp your PC layout without you telling it you want it to.
