    Castrum Meridianum

    I don't know if this has been said before, but I'll say a suggestion I have about Castrum Meridianum. Could you remove some useless cutscenes? There are some short cutscenes I find useless, four exactly.

    The first one is when we touch the two Searchlight Terminals just after starting the dungeon. We just see the airship retire after darken the searchlights, I think it's not necessary. ¿Maybe just an on-screen text?

    The second and fourth ones are the pre-boss cutscenes at the first and second bosses. I think it would be fine to make them just stand there after dealing with the previous tasks, like with usual minor bosses.

    The third is the cutscene short after the first boss. No, not the one with Cid, I mean the one that just shows us the Ceruleum Pumps.

    Since we cannot skip cutscenes, at least remove these ones. I don't think they are very useful (but my opinion, of course).

    I believe they are working on changing some ARR MSQ stuff, whether that includes anything to do with the MSQ roulette duties remains to be seen. But bear in mind that if they do reduce the cutscenes, they will also reduce the amount of XP etc you get

    Oh yeah... I forgot the XP. Yup, maybe that would be affected as well. xp

    However I just thought on this for Castrum. Praetorium doesn't have any useless cutscenes in my opinion.

    In my unpopular opinion, they should rather buff Castrums XP. Obviously not to Praetorium's % but currently it feels like that leveling roulette gives the same or more XP (with skipable CS).

    I think it's not just a feel, I think it really does. Catsrum gives about 1/3 of level or anyway way less than half a level, Levelling roulette gives a bit more. The disbalance with Prae is huge, especially counting that in Castrum you actually have to work for it while in Prae you barely get to do anything, and Castrum is still longer than a normal dungeon.

    Those MSQ roulette duties should become solo instances. There's no reason to do those in an 8 man party when even a synced healer could probably solo them. It's a bad new player experience imo, makes much more sense to change them to solo instances with those long cutscenes.

    Didn't you used to be able to skip those cutscenes and then they changed it and increased the XP? Personally I couldn't care less but then I guess I maight change my mind if I was farming them for poetics.
