Yoshida's language is plenty "concrete", and him not making promises that simple physical reasons may force to rescind is even more of a "concrete" attitude.
Thinking that any game developer would make a senditive decision on patches by giving "concrete" timelines is something I would definitely not define as "concrete" thinking.
