Game crashing frequently

Today since logging in an hour ago my game has crashed 4 times. I queued for the leveling duty roulette and got put into Sastasha. During this duty my game crashed 3 each time the game simply closed. These first three times there were no error messages or anything it just closed and could be re-booted immediately through steam. After the duty ended my game crashed again once I was back in Ishgard, however this time I got an error message when it crashed. https://imgur.com/vyyw5ph the previous link is the error message I got. When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

What have you done so far in order to alleviate the issue?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
