3x Garnet Ring. I put a lot in Dexterity (110->132) so I hit most of my attacks. In my opinion Lancers don't miss a lot. The problem is that the enemies evade sometimes right before and after you miss so it seems like your accuracy sucks, but in reality you miss just a few times during a fight.
