    The ability and/or option

    To move the house to one side of the lot or the other. Lot of wasted spaces on the sides of houses.

    Another have option to buy more slots to place more items outside & inside the dwelling.

    Also like to add to remove the support posts/beams. Really not needed and using partition walls to hide them takes up slots and space
