    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    I did notice there is a recent update to your graphics card drivers. Please try the following:

    - Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

    The drivers are up to date. I have done a clean reinstall.



    Performing a clean boot did not resolve the issue.
