PVP matches rival wings and feast matches

Dear developers I have been playing PVP now and I'm kind of new to it and for the past four days in rival wings the same team is winning over and over and over completely one-sided victories

So I asked one of the members of the teams how do they win so much I will withhold his/her name and they replied that they use discord chat software a third-party program and that they organize the win and the victories and they even sent me a invite to that massive discord server which literally controls all of the PVP matches according to the data centers and the worlds
From ranked feast matches
All the way two rival wings

They use the pre-party set up to make a complete alliance to where they can all communicate together

Which is a severe unfair advantage to console user such as PS4 because we don't have nothing like that so there for anybody who plays a PS4 will stand not a chance against them

and they use the same type of matching system they even sell ranked match wins

by using the pre-party setup and the massive discord server because the likelihood because this discord server has over 10000 members on it
If you pay them in game money they will organize fixed ranked matches by using the pre-party set up and making sure that you are in a member of their party by using the party finder and the other team will let whatever team you're in win building up your rank

I understand discord third-party software is intended for players to communicate with each other and give an edge

But this type of edge is completely unfair because people who don't have access to stuff like that such as myself who play on PS4 don't stand a chance this is completely unfair
Will you please put a stop to this
and I can give you the name of that discord server if you so want

Can’t tell if bait, but.... That’s not how any of those things work. You can easily use discord while playing FFXIV on PS4, so you’re misinformed there. You also seem to be misinformed on how that particular discord works. Firstly, it’s run by reputable PVPers from the community, and it doesn’t “control” PVP matches, it coordinates them. Secondly, the only thing generally being organised is Rival Wings, which needs a huge amount of players, and the outcome isn’t “sold”. Thirdly, using voice chat to communicate with your team/alliance isn’t an unfair advantage, it’s sensible. It might be because you’re new to PVP (4 days in, I mean...), but your win rate will increase as you get better. SE can’t help you there. Maybe try joining a discord channel.

You obviously doesn't understand what's PvP in FFXIV. You doesn't need Discord to win in RW its just skill and awarness.

People in Ranked Feast doesn't wintrade, People in Rival Wings and FrontLine doesn't wintrade your just bad to understand and bad at PvP, nothing personnal. Take it easy and just play without saying garbage and lies.

Your excuse are so low like your have a 8 years old phone ? You can download Discord on your phone and use it to communicate. Done it's easy.
