Hello

No, nothing happened to the device before the issue began. I only really use it to play FFXIV and usually have Chrome open too.

I already deleted the locally-saved data previously and this did not help

In response to your message:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks. - I do not have any overclocks. I cleared the vents last weekend, but they were not really dusty. I tried underclocking, but this did not help

2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs. - I had already done this before reporting. See first post.

3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'. - I have now tried this. I will test it tomorrow and reply.

4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.) - I do not have any of these

Thanks for the reply - I will see how it goes tomorrow and respond.
