The GM's Really Listen To You When You Report Harassment

If you see people being toxic or very mean during your raid or dungeon, don't be afraid to report them. I just reported an incident where a new DPS player was being harassed by a veteran DPS player because the new DPS player was not familiar with the raid and kept dying to mechanics. I wrote a composed report using the Support Desk feature in-game. All I did was politely (and truthfully) recount the events and give all the necessary details. Within minutes, GM Lydahkny reached out to me via Tell and asked me for more information. I happily complied and GM Lydahkny told me that the matter would be investigated. I don't think I will find out what will happen to the offender, but I can tell you now that the GMs do listen. So please be polite to them and give them the necessary information; they are really nice people. Anyway, there is no need to take people's harassment. If they are clearly out of line, feel free to let the friendly GMs know about it.

For non-immediate issues they generally don’t.
For harassment or griefing and other such inter-player situations they usually reach out to clarify details.
It’s very nice when they do.

you won't hear back from GM's on RMT - there's just too much of the same thing being reported that they can't get back to everyone on all those reports. Also you should not be telling anyone off in chat to their face - you could face being reported yourself if you are inappropriate.

I am aware about the RMT, i have been playing this game for 6 or so years
And i never swear telling people off but true, one could report even though i would be sticking up for someone being harassed, eh :/

The two times I reported someone for using homophobic language in 24 man instances, a GM responded in person within 15 minutes each time to ask me about what happened. It's a small sample size to be sure, but from my experience they're good at responding to those kinds of reports.
