Hello guys, have a problem.
I Once had a private chamber in one guild, sometime ago the guild was removed and i lost my room, now i bought a land, but i cant find items from private chambers. Storeroom is empty. Where they can be?

I Once had a private chamber in one guild, sometime ago the guild was removed and i lost my room, now i bought a land, but i cant find items from private chambers. Storeroom is empty. Where they can be?

You can check the resident caretaker npc and see if the items are there, if not then you're starting from scratch. I know for houses, if the server demolishes your house, you have 35 days to collect furniture and 80% of the gil (no gil back from private rooms unfortunately) you paid for the plot from the Resident Caretaker npc, but I don't know if that time limit applies to private rooms that are removed by someone other than the owner. FYI the store room is connected to the individual housing space and if that housing space is removed, so too is the store room.

Yes just to confirm the above does apply to FC rooms as well if it was destroyed by an FC being deleted/you being kicked out and you only have 35 days to collect your items (and 80% of the Gil if it was a house). After that all items are lost forever, sorry.
