I don't think it will affect mount value, because then everyone will know which mount is the last floor of each tier.I think you mean every floor, not every tier. They probably will add a mount every tier (that is, every 4 floors).
That said, if the dev team were to attempt this, I feel like mount quality would probably tank as a result. I'd rather have 1 cool mount at the end of each tier, than have 1 mediocre one every floor.
I'm already disappointed of the E4S mount I got 5months ago so I would be more happy if they added for example a voidwalker mount that drops at E2S, an Eden mount at E1S, a reskin alta roite double headed levi mount at E3S.
Instead of mounts give us nice glamour items.
Yah it's been awhile since we got cool raid gears like Coil of bahamut tier, these new savage raid glams are so bland I wish they could go back to the Alexander final floor gear formula normal and savage gears looks different.
What about each raid tier having a mount that can't be traded and a mount that can be traded and sold on the market board for a profit? Make the latter a very rare drop and it gives raiders something to work towards and also enhances the lifespan of high end content even after farming for the usual mount is completed.
Pretty sure developping a mount is not the same amount of work (and not the same team) than gameplay features so... this cannot work.
As a mid ground, why not implement craftable gear / minions / mount with old raids tokens after some time? This could work. Keeping the mount exclusive for clearing a savage tier.
The game has to cater to several types of players, you can't have it all with minimal effort.

Mob designs (Eureka for instance) are already pre-existing like 99% of the time, except for the 4 bosses. Then, on one epansion over another, there are very few "brand new" mob and boss designs.
And I was talking about map design, quest writing, gameplay, balance. There's more to it than just mobs wandering on the map.
I agree that mounts wouldn't be too complicated to create, especially if they are based on pre-existing models. It's certainly something as simple as "adding too much decreases their value".
I agree with you but they have to stop giving all rewards when unsync like with blue mage.
I will beat Titan unsync in 2024 level 100 and ilvel 690 ( maybe watching olympics games in the same moment), should i deserve it like players who killed it in 2019 ? i think not
If they do that, i will have a motivation to wipe for few months
