Not a fan of genderlocking or different looks per gender, never was and never will be, so there's that.

But more so very very much hoping indeed that when the event ends and we get our seasonal achievement (unless they just skipped that?!) we can store it in the armoire...

I dyed my vest and hat jet black so I have a dapper suit. Just need a diamond headed walking cane now.

Why the hell can we not put this gear in the armoire?
Every previous event in recent years lets us stuff the gear in the armoire.

Each gear set is named differently, so that might be part of it as well. They might not currently have a way of coding it to be available to place in the seasonal tab without also unlocking the other two sets for purchase, and they likely didn’t want that to be an option while voting is still occurring.

I would presume this could be worked around by just having a different achievement per emissary. Like maybe

(Flower)s for a Lancer's arm, with the flower being the one specific to the emissary you chose.

The achievement being a reference to Flowers for Algernon. Thought that is a sad story so, T.T

Possibly. Wonder if they would get complaints from achievement hunters by doing that, though?

Also if they delay it until after the event, then it's possible everyone can purchase every set from the calamity salvagers. There's already a couple achievements tied to your starting city, so I guess that would be the only reference point to people complaining that there are achievements they can't ever get....

There are some achievements like that already, as you said with the starting city and GC ones. But I think most players know they are just lateral achievements, only used to show a place of origin or allegiance as opposed to actual gain.

Honestly, your catboi still looks like they could be a cat girl. But that has more to do with miqo'te features and not your drawing, which is quite good. Nice job.
