If your Referring to the Golden Week, thats coming up after 1.22 ( which is what they are planning to do, get 1.22 out of the pipes by the end of April) so they can enjoy a week long Vacation without much worries ( which they do deserve, they been work around the clock on two different versions of the game)

That is true, but I interpreted that producer's letter as a seasonal event that didn't take place last year b/c of the Tohaku disaster.
