Quick Synth Failed

Steps:
1. Changed to BSM
2. Prepared the mats for crafting 3 Oroshigane ingot
3. Quick Synthesis selected
4. 2 Oroshigane ingots were crafted, the 3rd failed.

The PC specs and internet settings+modem are not needed for this case.

I understand that Quick Synth never fails now if you are able to craft the item that way. It's 100% or impossible. I confirmed this reading the patch notes and with my crafter friends.

Oroshigane Ingot is L64 Blacksmith recipe, you are L56
It also has a Craftsmanship Recommended: 1044
What is your Craftsmanship skill at?

"Quick synthesis will no longer fail, provided you meet the recommended craftsmanship requirement."

If you meet the recommended craftsmanship, did any of your gear hit 0% durability after the first two synths?

I'm sorry! I totally swapped the numbers, I'm a bit dyslexic and I had a very hard time in school and college for that reason

My level is 65, not 56!!

Also, please note that I was able to craft 2, so it allowed me to quick synth the items, so craftsmanship is not a problem.

No gear pieces broke after the first 2 synths and I was able to use quick synth again for the same item right after that.

With your crafting gear equipped and you are in your BSM job, what is your Craftsmanship skill level?
Look at your Character Screen and Craftsmanship attribute, if it is less than 1044 then you are below Recommended Craftsmanship of the recipe, so Quick Synthesis is not "No Fail".

Also, as StouterTaru mentioned, if any of your gear happened to be at 0% Durability when you had the failure, then it provides zero stat buff to your character.
As in, any gear at 0% Durability that also provides additional Craftsmanship points (or any stats for any job), will not provide those points to your Craftsmanship attribute and if it drops you to below the Recommended Craftsmanship level for the item, then it can fail.

There is no minimum craftsmanship to attempt a synth/quick synth for that recipe, it's a recommended craftsmanship.

Most masterbook recipes have a required craftsmanship/control to attempt, and a higher craftsmanship to quick synth.
