    I just wanted to say thank you to GM Azilenmity for their quick response and their understanding regarding the matter for which I filed a report. I'm still not sure I'm doing this correctly. Sorry, I am new to FFXIV in general. Is this how I show that I wish to leave a GM positive feedback?

    GM Azilenmity was very kind and encouraging. And understanding, since English is not my first language. They were very patient and took the time to talk with me and help me with the problem I was having.

    Thank you GM Azilenmity,. For your quick response and your understanding both. Your words were very much appreciated. I really hope I am putting this in the right place.
