ICUE & geforce instant replay not workin

Recently my ICUE software doesn't work when i boot up ffxiv, i have a profile thats linked to the game file when it boots, but the profile never switches, also with nvidia geforce experience whenever the games boots, the instant replay feature instantly turns off and everytime i try to turn it back on it goes back off, i have also tried this only my laptop with all software running on the same version and on my laptop it works fine profile switching and instant replay working, ive tried unistalling and reinstalling all the software and the game, i tried unistalling any software i'm not using, but still no luck, icue version 3.24.52 and nvidia geforce version 3.20.2.34, i've asked people on reddit, discord even tried contacting square enix for help but they can't help me either, i don't know why its not working but i need it to work cause i have a lot of remapped keybindings to play the game.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact support or Nvidia and Corsair.
