Mentors...please!

I'm blaming players who don't respond to advice and mess up the same mechanics over and over again, no matter how simple they are, without saying anything or responding to "does anyone need help or need a specific mechanic explained"

I met mentors who did almost the same thing. They killed the group with large pulls as a tanks, seeing that healer is a beginner and has a bad gear. They did not say a word about the mechanics of the second boss in Ala Mhigo for example, when people asked "Help!". Or were constantly in AOE, just because they so cool. And, of course, as DPS they pulled the boss first, before the tank.

Therefore, any player, who does not cooperate, can't be called a good and pleasant player. One question remains unanswered. Why do these people continue to be mentors if they do the same as ordinary bad players.
