Welcome back! While leves are a good option i would rather use Ishgard Restoration like others have said. The Xp is so very good, you must gather items as well but next month's patch gathering is supposed to be part of it.
So you will be able to level your gatherers while levelling your crafters. I hate fishing but will take advantage of it next month
