Returning after over 3 years.

So it's been about 3 1/2 years since I last played. I have been reading all of the recent changes and they tempted me back. Is there any new ways of leveling, or should I just start levees from 60 and collectibles as before?

I recommend Ishgard restoration for the leveling, since they raised EXP increases for crafting/gathering to like 500%. Leves also give quite a big boost in EXP now.

As for crafting in general, you’re going to be quite disappointed in how easy it’s become...just letting you know now. i highly don’t recommend being too enthusiastic about it now, if what you’re looking for is something difficult. crafting has really gone downhill ever since you stopped playing, around Stormblood to be more specific.
