Please help, I Purchased Tales of Adventure: One Bard's Journey II and Tales of Adventure: Stormblood Yesterday and neither of the items have arrived in my delivery moogle.
First level troubleshooting:
- Do you have room in your mailbox or is it full? Could be a good idea to delete some old letters just in case, even, to make extra sure.
- In case you have at least on alt-character: Did you purchase those items for the right character?
You don't have more than one account do you? If you do sure you sent it to the right account? There is a request delivery option in your moogle mail click on that if you haven't tried that already. My boosts have arrived pretty quickly.
There's a big, big caveat to this.
If your mailbox was full at the time the game system tried to deliver something, and you only cleared out the inbox and made space afterwards, even pushing "request delivery" won't work. You'll just have to wait around 24 hrs ish.
Aside from that, check and verify all the details are correct, as others have suggested.
Another thing to remember when waiting to recieve items in the Moogle Delivery Service after making a purchase on the Mogstation or adding bonus item codes from merchandise to your account, is that the item will not be delivered in game until you logout completely from the game. Not just back to the title screen, but completely from the game. So if you're logged into the game still when you make a purchase, the item will not be sent until you logout completely.
If it still hasn't arrived after logging out and logging back in, and your inbox is clear, there is an option in the Inbox to resend system item emails, as sometimes things get backlogged, and usually that will help (it can still take a few minutes to work though). So just have patience.![]()
Make sure your mailbox is empty. (Check the "opened" tab and delete all of the old letters)
Once that is complete (assuming your inbox was full), click the little button in the corner that says "send rewards now" (or something like that). Then wait an hour.

Also make your you purchased it for the correct character
I have had a few items take longer on the odd occasion. Once it took about two hours to arrive.
I would do like others have said and just check what they have suggested.
