Do you notice any pattern to this error? When it crashes, is it while you're in a specific area or while doing a certain action?

If this is brand new computer, make sure that Windows is completely up to date. This includes any optional updates that may not be installed automatically.

Additionally, make sure to close any unnecessary programs and disable any overlays (Geforce Experience, Steam Overlays, etc.).

You may also want to try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
