    Could you try the following:

    - Make sure that "Cookines" and " Javascript" are enabled on the PSN browser

    - Open the following ports ranges on your router:

    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

These are remote ports in your router’s firewall. They designate what can send information to your PC and what cannot. These specific ports are used by the game to connect to the local client.

Hello bushydabush. If you are experiencing packet loss that early in your route, you may need to contact your ISP regarding the issue. Make a report with them indicating that you are having trouble connecting to a service and provide the hop you are having trouble with.

Thank you for the reply Jimmymagic. I think you may be in a similar situation as bushydabush. If you have already attempted the troubleshooting for your router (and your router doesn't have any settings that may slow or weaken your connection), the issue may lie along your route to the server. Since this is outside your home network, I'd recommend contacting your ISP about the matter.
