No this is what we acutally should have many more times, preferable in solo trials as well, without the baby cheat option.
and no IDC if its bait it just annoys me to no limit >_>
Is the Moon Mechanic the only thing stopping you from Completion? The fight honestly isn't hard, it is...time consuming.I know this will upset the hardcore video game players in the game but this fight is way too difficult, and is a huge gate in the MSQ. Have developers considered nerfing the fight? The instant death mechanic from the half moons is very unforgiving and is an extreme steep curve in difficulty compared to the other fights you've done. Shinryu and Yotsuyu are just such a sudden jump in difficulty that if your healers are both new to the game you'll be stuck in that fight for two hours. I hope the developers will nerf them (give 50% echo right away maybe?)
But for the Moons literally, just dont let yourself get 5 stacks of Dark or Light. At 3- 4 stacks just go to the other side, and it resets to a new stack. You just do that until the Mechanic goes away. Don't stand in one area too long basically.
I think asking for a 50% echo nerf is asking way to much.
And its not a Hardcore Elite Gamer thing to say ""play it, learn it and overcome it""
That applies to anything and everything difficult in games. And even in life. Not trying to punk ya or be mean, but you have to Play it to learn it, and learn it to beat it.
Therefore -> Overcoming it
Regardless if this is a Troll Thread. I heavily Believe and stick by the last half of my post.
I really don't think that fight on normal mode uses any mechanics you haven't seen already. Main things that get peeps are the fans, which are essentially the same as Titan circular Arena bombs, Shiva, Cruise Chaser, and Titania in ShB. A conal AoE is thrown in there, but nothing too bad. The other is the debuff which requires to just switch sides before the stacks get to five. Very similar to the Ahriman boss in WoD. She'll toss some AoE to throw you off, but again not too bad.
Best thing to do when failing a mechanic is to face it again. Yup yup.
The only real new mechanic is the floor colors. Even that sorta resembles Angra Mainyu from World of Darkness, in that you don't want to stack the debuff too high; it just happens a lot faster here. The complication is that Tsukuyomi starts stacking mechanics faster as the fight drags on. It can get hard to keep track if you get flustered easily.
This boss is way too hard, how am I supposed to see anything in the fight if I'm crying the entire time. Please, don't make me kill my waifu she deserved better.
Not when I'm healing it. Usually the wipe happens when we phase push him too hard and he Hellfire's us to death.
I think what the OP means is that the dificulty level of Tsuku is pretty disproportionate to the trials that came before it. The bar is set only slightly lower than Shinryu and that has been slightly nerfed to the point that I haven't seen a wipe in ages.
The moon debuff is easy OP. When you get three stacks, move to the opposite color and do the same when you get three stacks of that. The hard part is the timing of her fan aoes and stack markers. Because once you get a few stacks of vuln you're basically down for the count.
I agree that that fight is certainly one of the harder ones but consider making a PF to get through it. Theres a lot of bored vets out there who troll PF for that kind of thing. Shinryu is next. Look forward to it. XD
Exactly. Tsukiyomi and Shinryu are suddenly very hard compared to Lakshmi. Shinryu was a huge block during Stormblood and people called for nerfs, and it got nerfed. We should do the same for Tsukiyomi. Not everyone finds these encounters easy.Not when I'm healing it. Usually the wipe happens when we phase push him too hard and he Hellfire's us to death.
