I mean yeah, they should nerf outdated story mode content. None of it really matters anymore.

It isn't hardcore content, it requires basic mechanics, how will you do it later?
Already the old content, because of the stuff of the people with an extension in advance, allow to skip 50% of the mechanics.
Maybe you need an option: "Please help me SE, I don't want to learn to play."
Are you joking? This game is already oversimplified!I know this will upset the hardcore video game players in the game but this fight is way too difficult, and is a huge gate in the MSQ. Have developers considered nerfing the fight? The instant death mechanic from the half moons is very unforgiving and is an extreme steep curve in difficulty compared to the other fights you've done. Shinryu and Yotsuyu are just such a sudden jump in difficulty that if your healers are both new to the game you'll be stuck in that fight for two hours. I hope the developers will nerf them (give 50% echo right away maybe?)
Try doing it synced with an all BLU party.
With that said, I like how hard it is. It was the first time since Titan HM that I wiped multiple times on the first run. I feel like its a story-wide skill check. Frustrating, certainly but a realistic way to prepare players for what's to come.
Otherwise if you're wanting to farm it, wait to next expac. She'll go down much easier then.
Sounds like someone jumped levels…
The fight is almost close to that of the first boss in World of Darkness raid….a lvl 50 raid. You don’t have to be hardcore to know the fight, let alone complete it. What? You clearly jump and skipped everything. By the time I reached Tskuyomi (probably misspelled her name) the fight was easy to read and easy to learn, even if you die on the first try. By the time you get to any trial or dungeon that’s 60-80, you should have already be familiar with an attack or phase, no matter what it looks like.
