Atma quest is missing?

I completed the Zenith weapon quest years ago when ARR was the only expansion out. I dug out the weapon from my retainer and I want to work on getting it to atma but the quest is missing for me.
It's supposed to be Up in Arms, North Shroud, given by Gerolt.

I don't have any other unfinished relic quests, I completed all the job quests and the main story. I tried talking to him with the weapon equipped and unequipped and it made no difference.

What am I missing? :/

Probably quest is already done. Have you tried completing FATEs in relevant areas to see if any Atma drop? Shouldn't take more than a few FATEs to get one if the stage is active.

The quest in question, "Up in Arms" is probly already complete on your character. That quest had you talk to Gerolt, then talk to Jalzahn, then it was done. It doesnt stay as an active quest in your journal, it ends right away and moves to your completed quests section. The next step is to gather the atma, then go back and talk to him again(with the zenith unequipped) and he'll complete your upgrade. So equip your zenith and go do some fates. The drop rate on Atmas is pretty decent last time i went through. If you dont get one in the first 5-10 fates(provided youre in one of the correct zones) then maybe theres some other issue.
