FFXI and FFXIV vet needs newb style advice for crafting rotations...

So I just got back.. but besides the long story, I need some help. What are some early on rotations for the level 20/40 turn in quests for crafting EXP in the new Ishgard reconstruction area? I can make some 50/50 after buying a stack of all the required ingredients, but my rotation seems off. I feel like I should at least be able to hit the low tier without as many issues as I run into.

I basically need some early HQ rotations for crafting collectibles to boost my crafting classes up that are pretty low.

My suggestion would be google or youtube. I have seen a YT vid series where someone was covering HQ rotations for all the leveling synths added with the Ishgard restoration. Those would probably be good resource.

Any idea where the video is? Everything I find is ole or about collectibles before that area. I’m probably searching the wrong thing tbh

Whoa, maybe dial it down a few notches. There's nothing wrong with asking for help and you don't need to be a snarky little b... brat about someone doing so.

That being said, crafting difficulty has been tremendously nerfed compared to previous expacs. Iirc, Ishgard collectable turn in rewards max out at 500ish collectablity, which is stupidly easy to hit. I generally craft by hand and when I'm just lazily slapping out collectables to level, my rotation is something like:
Refect>Manipulation>weave Observe with Focused Synth/Touch, depending on procs, completion %, and durability until I've either 20 or 15 left, then finish with Strides>Byregot's>Careful Synth.

It's not fancy and there's almost certainly more efficient ones out there, but it's what I cobbled together when I started crafting again after a break and it gets the job done.

I have no idea what you are talking about. If you learn to craft by reading tool tips and forming your own macros it is more rewarding. Looking up a guide requires zero effort thus no reward.

FFXIV Teamcraft is a pretty useful resource for developing/discovering rotations I've found.
