Aethereal Mimicry QoL

1.use Aethereal Mimicry without other players, you used the spell, a pops up show which role to mimic, done, only usable outside an instance of course.
2.New Job Icons to reflect what role that person has mimic
3.New BLU/ROLE slots for PF, so BLU can join PF right away as BLU/ROLE instead of joining as either Tank or Healer then switch to BLU later and has to run around looking for players to lick.
