    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Have you cleared the cookies and cache of all internet browsers? Can you try lowering the resolution both in-game and on the monitor for the desktop? Sometimes switching between windowed mode and borderless fullscreen can resolve the issue.
