I think this was in the tank forum initially and moved to PvP after. I could be wrong.

On the general topic of tank survivability in PvP, it feels like Rampart is mandatory right now and the personal defensive tools are pretty spotty, namely Nascent Flash not really having a design that works with PvP. It could be tempting to asking for more tank HP or more tank survivability in general, but I think what really happened here is they increased HP for most of the roster in a single patch, while giving more potions to much of them, so the difference between tank survivability VS the rest of the roles is diminished with absolutely nothing given to tanks in return. I'd love for the healer HP buff to be reverted and medkits to be taken out of The Feast completely, while also scaling back some of the damage outliers.
