There is no shame in buying a job or story boost potion, if you are willing to pay the irl money for those then I fully support em, I even bought one for my alt when I created it back in SB, bought job boost for warrior and story skip to SB.

I'm not on the game right now so it'd be hard to give advice without the material in front of me to look at , that's just how my mind works, but right off hand I'd say go to the role actions and get swift cast, plus if you have the mp then make sure u raise people so healers can save their mp.
