I can tell you why...

1. It’s obvious to use raise after dual cast proc like others use swift.
2. You STILL don’t get that heal & raise on Rdm are JUST worst, worst, woooorst case scenarios which you should avoid as long as possible. (Using them to generate a dual cast in downtimes is another case but surely not „the most important one“)

Actually i start believing you just don’t want to improve or learn anything... that are pure BASICS on your cls...
