    You can go there, there's an NPC in the Ala Mhigan Quarter in The Lochs that lets you go there.

    I would like the dungeons to be more open world instead of duties. Just walk into them, but still have them as duties! I don't know if I am making sense!.

    Like say the door to Tam Tara is open and anyone can walk in without queueing, but to access the boss and loot you need to do the duty finder. I know we can solo it anytime we want but I think it would be neat to meet up with a bunch of people for fun and RP purposes and not limited to 4.
