Server Choice?

Hey guys

I just came back to the game not too long ago, but i was originally on Mysidia. My server now seems to be... too high lvl oriented i guess? Basically Its hard for me to get exp groups even when im the one shouting to build them. So what I would love from you all is to give me a good suggestion on a server based on:

Are there exp groups being formed often or is every focusing on 50 endgame stuff?

Are there a lot of NA players or is it over run with JP like on my server?

And anything else you would like to throw in there

Too late to change servers *unless you start a new char* Mysidia was one of the most populated JP servers before the merge, which is why it seems alot of JP shouts are going on compared to english. As for the leveling, its probably like that on every server since they haven't raised the cap since release.

I'm from balmung and I see people organizing level 20 parties all the time. Get over here O:

Sadly you will find this is the case on most MMO's, you are either forced to.

A: Find someone to power level you.
B: Solo/Duo Leves
C: Hope and Pray you can find a suitable XP party that is half way competent.

Rules to forming a party:

1. Form in Ul'dah--this is where everyone is, and it is where everyone will go to meet up for teleport to camp location.
2. Set your Seeking Invite flag if you do not want to form a group yourself.
3. Use search to find people in your level range. I typically find more people to level with through search then i do through shouts because most people who are playing solo doing leves or quests will stop what they are doing to join an exp group.

Thanks for the replys, wasnt gonna server change was simply going to start a new character, im not that far into the game as it is. But if most servers are like mine then there really isnt a point. I was just hoping that a server on here had people that liked to form up exp groups and lvl up insted of soloing.

While we are at it.. whats a good NA server, JP dont seem to want to invite NA players atleast thats how it seems to me. Anyone know of a nice NA populated server?

Not sure.. I think atm most servers are very heavy JP, maybe because the game company is based in JP etc. But I do know there are plenty of NA english speaking people around just have to keep trying.

You don't wanna leave Gungnir, its awesome, if you can find a linkshell, XIVpads has a good list of linkshells and you should beable to get groups together easily.

Also from the linkshell list I posted you can see the class levels of current linkshell members to see if there are people with classes around your level, also I believe XIVpads mainly has EU/NA members and if you are looking for a linkshell its a good place to go.

Finally there are also linkshell adverts in the Gungnir forums here, have a look around, the main problem on this game right now is poeple tend to stick with thier linkshells, so its the best way to get people to do things with.

Edit: Just checked my ls on xivpads and there is more than a full party with classes close enough for you to party with, I would imagine this is the same across most of em.
