				1. There are dozens of threads on the same topic already with the same suggestion you just presented.
2. Rewards are only this good because Cutscenes are unskipable. Were they skipable again, it would yield less then/about 100 tomestones and very little EXP, no longer worth it.
3. How would that keep new players safe? They can still be kicked via normal PF options if they refuse to agree to skip. They would have to remove a kick option for those two dungeons altogether, which is unlikely.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.
1. And?, this is a forum, topics will be repeated, calm your tail, lass.1. There are dozens of threads on the same topic already with the same suggestion you just presented.

2. No.
3. They would remain safe because the cutscene only skips if all the integrants press the button. Its not like sending civils to war, jesust christ man.

Were you around before the skip had been made impossible? Because...
2. I'm sorry, but it is indeed true. The rewards back when scenes were skipable were simply underwhelming and only upped to make the unskipable attractive. Skip means less reward.
3. Also back then, newbies or people that refused to skip the scenes were simply vote dismissed in a lot of cases or insulted. It's possible that this behaviour will return when they figure out who said no (which is quite easy via chat).

2. No, less time eating a boring cutscene = more time to get exp or whatever without looking Netflix. Were you around before the skip had been made impossible? Because...

3. Yeah, because in the Overwatch's cutscene skip system you can see who doesnt want to skip it... ah no, you cant. Insults, bad use of the kick system?, report (:

While what you claim is true, the reward for the MSQ Roulette would still be lowered, we are not talking about running other dungeons in the saved time, looking exclusively at MSQ Roulette here. Since the reward is low, people don't have an incentive to do this roulette (when they could just do a dungeon that gives more EXP). That would mean less people queue for it, queue times go up again and the point of MSQ Roulette is completely missed. As others here have already pointed out.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.

				2. Why would you even do MSQ if you didn't get the bonus?
3. It would not be that difficult to determine who is the new person. If they are the only sprout? If they are level 50 with 50 gear that isn't glamoured?
While I would like to skip the cutscenes, I understand why they are there. Once they are skippable the bonuses go away and there is no point to run MSQ.
I, personally, only do MSQ when I need the poetics, so it isn't that big of a deal for me. Although, I will start up again once I get MCH up to 50, because of the bonus I get for NOT SKIPPING CUTSCENES.
Basically, if you don't like the cutscenes, you can skip them by NOT doing MSQ.

So make it an option in the duty finder. If you select "skippable cutscenes" you'll only be grouped with other people who also selected the option, and the reward will be adjusted accordingly. If you agree to have unskippable cutscenes in exchange for a higher reward, you have no grounds to kick people for not skipping cutscenes.2. If skippable custscenes reward is actually worth it then new players will have 2 hour queue times, because only other new players will queue with them. Even if it's not worth it this will still increase the queue for new players by dividing up the population. So make it an option in the duty finder. If you select "skippable cutscenes" you'll only be grouped with other people who also selected the option, and the reward will be adjusted accordingly. If you agree to have unskippable cutscenes in exchange for a higher reward, you have no grounds to kick people for not skipping cutscenes.
Here's what you need to understand; MSQ roulette ONLY EXISTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEW PLAYERS. Giving new players people to run the content with is the only reason it's a roulette and has a reward. SE isn't ever going to give people a reason to intentionally avoid running it with new players.
You have no grounds to kick people for watching the cutscenes either way. Skippable or not.So make it an option in the duty finder. If you select "skippable cutscenes" you'll only be grouped with other people who also selected the option, and the reward will be adjusted accordingly. If you agree to have unskippable cutscenes in exchange for a higher reward, you have no grounds to kick people for not skipping cutscenes.
