Ah man, I apologize for using shouts. I typically don't do such a thing. I was just playing around with Chibi. I'll mind my manners better reinheart. Honestly.. The merger has been fairly mediocre for me. I haven't really met anyone new.

Unfortunately, I think most people are still used to only hanging out in their shells. Hopefully as the current content is attacked by more pick up parties, that will allow for more interaction sans LS.
Don't worry about it really i just posted what was posted on the JP 2CH forum on the Aegis thread, just ignore them + some of they also know it's just NA players communicating since they are excited after the merge + I checked other world threads and pretty much same thing is going on lol. + For me I'm used to people talking in shout from FFXI days so I'm not even bothered lol
I was thinking of making a linkshell but it's not really a linkshell more like chat channel for the world for NA players was gonna called it World Chat EN and also make another linkshell World Chat JA and goal of that linkshell was to have everyone in the server have it and so whenever they are out of Ul'dah they can still talk in that channel to start a event but have them limit to 1-2 announcement per event and making it where they can't constantly put up events (unless they are really that active...lol) Ul'dah is too heavy and noticed JP side talking about start migrating to other cities but problem being all event shouts being held in Ul'dah so thought this was good approach to get people to start/join events no matter which part of the world they are in, and just keep the linkshell as news channel, not for talking with others. Strictly just for announcing events only, rest is handled via /tell or party search to join that event party. Only part I don't know is the limit to linkshell members in one linkshell. What you guys think? Was thinking maybe do that and give leaders to each LS leaders who wants join the chat channel group. so they can invite others.
Really SE should just make world chat channel but seems like their current crappy server can't handle so thought this method might work as temporary till 2.0
Sorry, but all gossip remains between me and the person whom I am gossiping with. I need not start trouble with people/linkshells via the lodestone.

I've actually been really excited with the merger. I get to see a lot of faces /airquotes from the forums now which is nice. Met quite a few JP players and have done a few PUGs with them in our LS. They even get on TS with us just to listen during runs in Cutter. I think my fav part so far is the fun with emotes and such with the JP side. It makes the world seem more alive. Do my best when trying to translate with them and usually goes with good laughs.
Did see Dookie Poo today running in Ul'Dah I believe haven't seen you yet Reinheart but in due time I'm sure.
It's late for me and after having to wait for the Cutter's instance to allow us all back in, crash was great lol >.< , I'm exhausted.
See you all hopefully tomorrow.
