One dungeon per patch!?

We can't get much lower than 1, which is what we are at now. Any less means that we are getting none outside of the initial expansion release, and even lower then means no dungeons per expansion at all.

Less than now means a dungeon every other major patch. Less than that would be your two scenarios.
