Suggestion: Allow blacklisting from housing message book

Title says most of it. I received a vulgar/harassing message on my message book in my house and it would be a nice QoL thing to be able to blacklist from there since you don't directly interact with the person leaving the message. Therefore there's no way to actually blacklist them. It also doesn't show what home world they are from, which makes it harder to report the harassment. In my case, the same name was used on two different worlds in my data center.

Side note: I did message the report desk about the issue already and they were amazing at getting back to me and suggested I make this suggestion on the forum since there's no way for me to personally deal with the issue.

I second this! I haven't personally had any problems, but know of others who have. The ability to blacklist and report those people would be amazing.

I am somewhat surprised that someone can be vulgar in the game, and that the moderators cannot act on such a complaint.

Moderators, I believe, do this all the time.

And what more damning evidence do you need, than to have evidence in a message book?

Tell the report desk to pass the information along to the moderators, and stop being lazy.

As of the 4.x patch that took preparatory steps for the introduction of the World Visit system, blacklist no longer shows up in the context menu of a player search. That patch introduced several flaws to blacklist management.

That's really odd. Just 3 days ago I blisted someone using this exact method... Bug?
