That's the point of this whole thread... People queue'ing into dungeon without their job stone. Not premaking party finders and junk.

Maybe there's an isseu with this for lvl 15-30 new players so that's why it isn't implemented

I mean they could just do away with you being a "class" once you hit 30 and just auto give you your job or something.... Idk, just, SOMETHING could be done.

That line reminds me of all those times I queue as healer and a small part of me hopes one of 3/7 other party members is going to be so bad, it might get me to wake up from cryogenic sleep.
