I got the error again after 3 days from resetting my windows T^T... i'm so fucking done with this gpuI have a 3700x/5700xt too and I've been getting this crash a lot over the past month since I picked up this card.
It seems to be something with shaders getting corrupted and the clock ramping with Navi. It happens the most to me in Frontlines and when interacting with menus or NPC's that bring up menus. Clearing the shader cache temporarily resolves the issue, but it's only a matter of time before it happens again. I noticed Radeon Chill works for me now though and that seems to be a good work around for now. It keeps the clock more in check (the game never runs at max fps with Chill on. 50-75 with an fps cap of 100) and I haven't had this error since. You could also try downclocking the card significantly. I'm on driver version 19.12.1.
