If no one else wants the chests, you can skip them and just follow the group. Then when everyone leaves, hit return to go back to the front of the dungeon and run through again. Now all the chests they didnt want are yours, and you dont have to worry about missing any GCDs.

As for sprinting, no. Ill happily follow a couple seconds behind you. That way youve established aggro and positioning as im getting there, and i can go straight into my full aoe onslaught.
