Please consider removing Bolt from The Feast

After playing soloQ for a while, I think the completely disregard to positioning because everyone can either Bolt in or Bolt out is a little silly. You should not be rewarded for bad positioning on a call because of Bolt, and you should not be rewarded for playing up too far and just using Bolt to get out.

This is also not counting the fact the buffed melee range for tanks/melee, and the small map we still play on. I think Feast would be much healthier if Bolt was made Frontlines only.

Agreed, it's not needed with how mobile jobs are as is and how small the map is. Its just a crutch.

Agree greatly with this,
Many of the new skills we have gotten including Medkits all seem to be designed with Frontline in mind. Large Maps, with 24 player teams fighting over single objectives.

Bolt doesn't add much in the form of complexity and completely takes positioning out of the equation.

To elaborate on Melo's point on our current feast map;
From Season 1-5 before stormblood our general actions and PVE actions could be used. The map was designed around the fact that everyone could use the move Sprint.
It was huge! And designed around the fact that players had more mobility.

Honestly the game is already punishing enough with LOS mechanics and map layout with the abysmal server tick issues. Bolt is a useful utility for combatting that. Removing it would only punish lower skill players who would be frustrated with the lack of options to address positioning issues.

I play with atrocious ping, bolt is not needed even when I played on jp. Lower skilled players should be punished for positioning. Solution get better having a crutch doesn't help growth it only hurts it I used to use bolt it's not needed and I'm glad I left it behind its only made me better.
