Losing wired internet connection while playing FF14

I set my netgear with those 3 port forwarding with the 3 TCP, I follow the guide from this website -> https://www.noip.com/support/knowled...enie-firmware/ , it seems like I can only pick one of port forwarding in my router is that correct? If so, i still get 90002 randomly with internet got cut off.

I recommend contacting your ISP as they can walk you rough how to port forward properly. But, you should be able to open all the ports provided.
