I think though given the huge volume of (disturbing) artwork appearing online of players' personal own WoLs as Sineaters/Lightwardens.... they're always depicted like Innocence, Tesleen Forgiven or the Forgiven Obscenity Sineaters and nothing else, so I presume the OP means a form like one of those.
If it was any other OP I would assume they were really just wanting that Forgiven Obscenity.
