lv 69 MSQ name Resonant part 2

This is my first post. Sorry my bad English, but i m sure everyone understand me. I have a problem, a main story quest, name is resonant. After opening gate, quest update and head to the resonatorium and whit other npc's start fighting patrol areas. Second patrol area is buggy i think. Because game is crash, when other npc's came this location. This problem is npc problem, because i skip first patrol area and i go to the second patrol area (game crash location), game dont crash, until other npc's came this location. And then, my game is frezee and a pop up opening and unexpected error occured. exiting ff 14 and close game. This always be like this. I never a problem, until today. ı send in-game bug report too. But really stuck right now, because this is msq. I dont know, what to do. And again i m sorry my bad English.

Do you experience this kind of crash at any other location in the game? What have you tried so far in order to resolve the issue?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
