I was joking. There's a whole heaping helping of difference between passively engaging with media and actively engaging with it however. One is generally accepted across the world, the other is a lot more controversial. Depictions of violence towards children shoot up ratings regardless, but in media forms where the player has active agency in such acts either as the victim or the aggressor those ratings tend to go through the roof into censorship or fine territory depending on the country. Not to mention a ratings hike which SE is absolutely right to fear as that's the kiss of death in several markets.
