Thancred is 32 but apparently there's some lore somewhere about Sharlayans using enchantments to look younger than they really are.

Thancred looks 32 to me o.o
It depends on the person, some people look more rugged at their 30s, especially in Western lands, but some others don't. He looks adult and mature enough in my eyes.
